Does any one make a direct vent, non condensing, natural gas tankless waterheater?

    Or should I just use an electric tankless. It's for a small church, bathroomx2, small kitchen, and a large baptismal POOL that is occasionally used. The issue is filling the pool, about 300 gallons.

    Not a fuel cost issue. Building layout issue, no chimney and no nearby location to send the condensate to. Plus the odd demand, they want a solution for filling the large baptismal POOL.

    is there an outside wall with gas pipe ? filling the pool be no problem where are you located

    Thanks, takagi makes what I need, just have to add direct vent kit.

    Rinnai makes a non condensing tankless water heater too.

    What is your location? If you are in an area that is not subject to freezing you could mount it on the exterior of the building.
