Does anyone know where to find the "Average Snow Accumulation" levels. I have an inspector in Charlestown WV who wants to see in writing what that level is. I can find the Average Snow Fall and the Monthly Averages, but not the "Average Snow Accumulation" which I assume accounts for melting between snow falls.
