GE French Door Model Cooling issues.

My GE French door model refrigerator is having some complaints and I checked about it and might be a coil issue. It is a new one and thought will get it serviced for free, as it was under warranty period. While talking to the service person, I mentioned them that we moved to Mississauga recently and refrigerator was also moved along. The service guy clinched on to it, and said that this might have happened during the move, and they won't cover this. I made the move with the assistance of Major Move ( www.majormove.com ), they are one of the best in the business and there was not issue while moving as well. They had a good packing facility. I don't know what to do now they are not servicing it for free and are only ready to do if I gave they around $560.

what type of damage?0

If it was damaged during the move the movers should pay. If not GE should pay. Call GE directly and keep asking for someone until you get the right person who can say that simply moving a refrigerator does not void the warranty.0

If they can't show you shipping damage, how can they refuse the warranty?0
