Heading to CLT. from Boston...Made the trip many times normally take 84 to 81 to 77...15 hours, Kinda shorter down 95 just don't want to get stuck in the big apple...but I do leave here at 2 a m. Any suggestions... Going to visit my little buddy grandson

I'd say 84-81-77 is the best route. You avoid NYC, NJ, Baltimore, DC and Richmond. Plus, it's a much prettier drive. All Steamed Up, Inc.

Take some Motrin or Tylenol PMs, sleep during the day, and leave about 7 p.m. Mass Pike to 91 to 95, and you should blow by all the crap while they're sleeping. EZ-Pass can help a lot.0
