70 years later a cast iron oil-fired boiler is replaced with a modulating appliance at 1/4th the output of the original. We built a false wall to conceal some of the piping. The main floor has radiant ceilings and the basement level uses baseboard. The 79g Vitocell replaces a 75g electric HW heater. Thanks to Jeff and the crew for their due diligence!
