EDR for this type of radiator

Hi Everyone, I have been trying to get calculations and reading a lot on steam on the forum here. I have this old pre-war building with a lot of these radiators. Does anyone know how I can calculate the EDR for them? Would I just measure the outside of the this case? I have downloaded some sheets for calculating EDR, but they are all for those tall Tube-type radiators

We actually need to see what kind of radiation is behind that cover.
