How to check if someone read private msg I sent to them?

If I send someone here a private message, how do I check to see if they got/read it?

What I mean is, i click on a users name & I sent a private msg to them. How do I go find the msg to see if they read it? Not necessarily thatbtheybreplied, but that they read it.

There isn't a way to tell if a person opened and read a private message, Phil.
