i am removing cast iron hot water baseboard and installing a toe kick heater how do i know what size i need?

Is this on a hot water, or steam system?
Probably the toe-kick heater will will give out less heat than its equivalent length of baseboard, but you can always do more cooking to make up for the lost heat.--NBC0 -
Hot water is what I assume from the post….I also assume its Burnham base ray, pic would help…If it is its approx 600 b t u +/- a few…Its a simple match, just look a specs for your chosen kicker….BUT, i will warn you cast iron heat is the best, and me, personally, always discouraged toe kicks…Dust collectors, noisy, need separate elec power, and if you have or go with outdoor reset the manf. installed fan sw. will need to be replaced….Get my point..0

I'd leave the cast if possible, and augment it with a smaller toe-kick. The cast holds the heat and rides in between the toe-kicks operation. If it has to be removed, don't trash it. They are very expensive.0
