ANY ADVICE ON BEST METHOD OF PROTECTING steel piping buried in earth. cathodic protection is an area i am not familiar with but welcome any input on this and any other suggestions from our professional experts. we have a situation with some existing piping that is buried but not insulated or protected. management requested proposal to rectify this issue without replacing piping. must be cost efficient. pipe in excellent condition.

Cathodic protection is a proven technology which will require minimal modification to the existing system. Call the nearest natural gas supplier (even if they serve the other end of the county) and see if they can point you at an experienced contractor.0
