Loft radiant insulation

So if you were installing radiant in a loft would you insulate under the tube or not. This is an open to the lower portion of the house loft with aluminum plates staple up. thanks oh ya part of the loft has a rope ceiling and no drywall/ plaster.

    In one word yes. Direct the btus where you want them.
