Where is the ad? Reading is only about 1 1/2 hours from me.0

There was an error rendering this rich post.

I'm in the car posting from my phone....lol. Actually curious what the price AND EDR is first.0

OMG if they don't leak that is cheap...now to figure out what the EDR is?! The appear to be fairly small by the dimensions.0
-
Best of luck.
Hope they are in working order.0 -

If there are flues going up the back of the sections, that would increase the EDR. Post some more pics when you get them home. All Steamed Up, Inc.

Make for a lovely coffee table!Retired and loving it.0

I hate to disappoint, but the wife said no. I had a spot picked out for one of them, but she didn't like the idea. Hopefully someone else can rescue them.0

They are like 1 1/2" higher than the window sill and she had issue with that. Keep in mind the room in question currently has no heat (since the house was built) and it is our laundry room. So that height issue was more important to her than heat.0
-
@KC_Jones I'd buy them anyway. Maybe she'll change her mind or you could move a shorter radiator into thee laundry room and use these where they can be seen, like the living room/dining room. If you buy them and put theem in the basement, maybe over time you can wear her down and put them anywhere you want them. How about that?0

lol @Fred That is an interesting idea.0

Fred....If he does that, and she cries, it'll cost him a trip to Hawaii. It's a no-win situation.0
-
Have you met my wife? She has been pestering me about Hawaii for years. So far "we don't have the money" has been working.Paul48 said:Fred....If he does that, and she cries, it'll cost him a trip to Hawaii.

I contacted the seller to check if they are still available and if they could send some more pictures from the side.0

Definitely will let you know Steamhead. I am about an hour north of you in Hanover, PA.0

I have a good friend that moved to Hawaii a couple years ago. $95 won't get you much on those Islands.
My point is one of you guys with a steam system needs to save these from the scrappers.0 -
If they are still available (waiting to hear back) I think I just might jump on them.0
-
I hid my convertible from my wife for 3 months.0
-
My wife is actually pretty easy going. Anytime I ask her if I can buy something I usually get an "I don't care". I just have to be careful since she will usually come back a few months later saying...since you bought that..... And then as Fred says I am buying a trip to Hawaii.0
