Automatic water feed

New boiler last year installed and an automatic water feed. It continues to shut down approx. 3 times a season.
last night at 4 a.m. It read low water so I pushed the water feed button for maybe 5 seconds. Now there is water all over the floor but the boiler won't start? The automatic water feed box reads "LOC."
