Can someone please tell me where I can buy this steam vent or something similar?

Hi All,
I have an in-wall steam radiator with a bad vent that need to be replaced. The space is very small so I cannot replace it with a regular vent that Home Depot carries.
Attached is the picture of the vent. Can someone please tell me where I can buy one of this or some thing similar to replace my current vent?

Are you sure it is a steam system, a lot of air vents for hot water radiators look like that. What is it doing/problem?

This vent, which may be the only one you can use because of space limitations, lets the air out slowly as steam rises. That makes it more important to make sure your main venting is very generous, or your fuel consumption will soar, a and your comfort level will be low. Make sure your pressure is below 1.5 psi for vent longevity.--NBC

Yes, it is a steam system. When the heat is on, it makes loud of noises and lets steam out non stop. Also water dripping from it too.

What is the diff. between a steam convector and a regular steam vent?
