I'm looking for a parts distributor that carries Sunray Bantam Burner Exclusive Gold Cup Flame Retention parts or the phone number for the factory representative that took over this line. All the phone numbers that I found on the net are to no avail. Thank you in advance for you help.

Are they still manufactured?0

Made by ABC, and hasn't been in production in decades. Frank will possibly chime in, for he has many parts for the I believe. What are you looking for?0

I do have a few parts- what do you need?
Note that the fuel unit (pump), ignitor, electrodes, motor and of course the nozzle can be replaced with standard units. All Steamed Up, Inc.

I'm looking for the electrical probes and the rods that attach behind the probes that touch the transformer when it flips back into position. I think I can remove the rods from the old probes that are in the furnace now. But I don't want to do that until I have all the replacement parts so I would like to have the rods on hand when I tackle the job. Thanks for your help..0

I believe one of the stock electrodes ("probes") or porcelains (the ceramic part) that R.E. Michel or Sid Harvey sells should fit. The rods that contact the transformer should screw off the electrodes so you can re-use them.
The FC Bantam burner was available with different air tube lengths, so that would affect the length of any replacement part.
If you're not a contractor, however, these companies won't sell to you.

Thanks a lot, Ill look around for them. So far I made 2 calls and no luck.billtwocase said:Marsh, if you can find a supply house that carries Crown ignitors, CA-56 is what you want. They come with the brass buss bars, just cut them to length. They will need to be bent a bit for adjustment. I can see if there is an exact replacement, but I have always used the ABC's in those.

Thank you Frank. That compliment means a lot coming from you. Marsh, where are you located? If you are in Mass, I deal with Robinson Supply for my ignitotrs, electrodes. They carry Crown.0
