Pipe insulation - outdoor

Need some help: I have a propane boiler/radiator system for my home in Northern California. The 1" copper pipes that lead to the indoor radiators run quite a distance along the OUTSIDE of the house and I am losing much heat in the process. There is foam insulation on the two pipes that run side-by-side. I researched "sleeve" insulation and would need something 3"x6" inner diameter. What are good options for insulation? I've paid some hefty propane bills this winter. HELP!

Relocate the pipes within the building envelope.

Thanks much. I cannot relocate easily as it is a log home. Some of the jacketing I see on the Internet looks good, but the Insul-Seal looks like a tight fit, permanent, and it has specs. For the sizing I need. I will explore that. Thanks much, looks good.

The thicker the better. Some are outrageously expensive that have weatherproof coverings. Once you see how much better your heat works when you aren't heating the outdoors, and how much your fuel bill drops, you will see that it is all worth it. Even if you go cheap, don't buy insulation with weatherproof coverings and replace the insulation on a regular and timely basis
