Electric heating using nichrome

I am in an engineering class at school where we must create or innovate a product. My group decided to do a heated mat for melting snow. We have found that nichrome is used in most electric heating elements, but we were hoping for some expert help finding the resistance, current, voltage, and power of a 22.5' length of 22 gauge nichrome coil that has a diameter of 0.25".

    My 1961 Crofts American Electricians Handbook has a properties of metals from the Driver-Harris Co.

    Search their name (they are still there) and that will get you to a beginning of information.
