Anthes Hanging unit heater

I have a small hanging furnace that is acting very intermittently.
Turn the old round Honeywell thermostat and the burner lights most times, occasionally nothing happens when it is turned up higher than normally.
On occasion after all the burners have been running the fan doesn't start.
It will go weeks on end cycling just fine maintaining the thermostat setting.
What do you think is starting to fail a little more regularly??
If I manually set back the thermostat ( because no one is in the shop ) When I return and turn it up is when the above issue rears it's head.

Wow, could be anything from t-stat problem, loose connection, bad fan timer, lock out problem, etc.... Have someone in because it could literally be anything. It's like your saying I have no heat, what's wrong???? Nothing to go on. All we know is you have a HW t-stat.

Okay thanks Mike I was hoping someone would recognize the ANTHES heater made by inter-city and I would not have to detail all what's here. I'm leaning towards bad fan timer as you also pointed out. Most of my trouble shooting is with boilers. I was hoping to squeak a common problem. I'll change the thermo stat as I have a few new ones sitting in the shop.
