viessmann vito 100 F4 error code

in Gas Heating
My 14 month old Viessmann desided to crap out on me on the coldest day this year! It's giving me an F4 error code. I figured I would post here while I research it. A voicemail has been left with my installer. In the meantime, does anyone have some advice or a service guy in the Oyster Bay area. Thanks.

    Dis you look in the I/O manual for the error codes?

    I found the manual about 5 minutes after my installer called back! He just left after replacing the ignition/electrode block. A huge ty goes out to Bob at Technical Heating.
