Cast iron radiator electric heating elements?

I had a water heater element plugged into a rad for weeks. 240v element running on 120V was 140˚ max temp, heated great.

Where can I buy one not UK threaded or made for US voltage? Or, where can I buy a UK version? I have seen many online.
