Panel Radiator stub out trim/finish

I plan on installing panel radiators in my home and was wondering what my choices are for "finishing" the stub outs or piping. The mechanicals will be in the basement and the piping has to come thru the floor. I plan on installing Buderus radiators which have a bottom (offset) connection with supply/return piping 2" OC, IIRC.
For durability I was planning to stub out in 1/2" copper and transition to 3/8" or 1/2" under the floor.
What are you guys doing to trim/finish the exposed piping and hole in the flooring, which in my case will be hardwood. Regular round escutcheons won't work since most are 2 1/2"+ OD. I would need to either offset/bend the supply lines to greater than 2" apart or find an escutcheon with a 2" OD. Even then I don't know whether two round flanges side by side would look great.
Most of the PVC "dual" pipe trim kits I see are white, which might be acceptable.

I see some find chrome/nickel/etc… dual pipe trim kits on UK and German sites. Not much here in the states.

What are you guys doing for bottom connection radiators (close spaced S/R)? Any pictures of installs would be awesome.

I try to keep all exposed pipe and fittings installed with brass or chrome. Though, larger chrome fittings are hard to find around my parts. I believe that supplyhouse.com has a good selection of them.0

Can't your supply house order them?0

The "issue" is the pipes exiting the panel very close to one another
My supplier who is getting the panels, doesn't really sell them. I don't know how popular they are in CT.
I was hoping, those who have installed them before have some "ideas".
