We have a 1917 Courthouse with 2 Clearfire Steam Boilers in the Basement.
The condensate Returns from the Radiators to a Holding tank in the Basement.
Would this be a wet Return?

what returns are return lines below the water level of the boiler usually there are exceptions when false water lines need to be used due to a change in water line with the new boilerCost is what you spend , value is what you get.
