Harvey had a question about tieing off ladders. Don't know if you caught it apparently the thread got removed.
To Harvey: so long as the person going up to secure the ladder to tie it off has someone at the bottom holding it your good. Once tied off there no longer has to be a bottom man. If your alone then go up and tie it off. The main thing is securing the ladder for repeated access.
