Hello
Notice yesterday durining the blizard that there was water dripping out of the unit near the domestic water intake and it did this for at least 10 minutes. At the time was doing dishes and laundry. Went down today and it was dry but went to check on it tonight saw a small wet spot (6 inchs in diameter), pipes where dry no water coming out of the unit. Any thoughts on the issue? I did check and the condensation pump is working but the water is black.

thx

Did you have the cover off when the water was leaking, there's a lot of seals, o- rings and clamps. Some are plastic some are brass. Is it coming from the warp ter screan, is it comming from internally of the unit?

Look above internal circ. There is a air vent that is prone to leaking. If not call tech service. How old is unit.Probably got a life span of 5 years if not maintained

I have found the O-rings are often the failure points, the good news is typically we have O-rings on the truck. Here is one more thing, I had a bad circ on a ch210A I think and called Navien yesterday, they looked at the serial number of the unit and said there is a upgraded kit for that unit and through in the new pump for nothing. I have never installed a Navien but that to me seems like quality customer service!! So it seems sometimes a quick call to manufacturer can help, I certainly would have never known about the upgrade kit otherwise. FYI

Got a service guy coming out next week to check it out, could it be possible that condensation pump is not working and it is overflowing from the unit?
