I have a weil mclain peg-35 series 4 and I had a tech repair it. I was not home at the time. He cleaned the pigtail syphon tube to the pressure switch and my heat is back on.
Where is this located so if I need to do this I won't have to pay a tech?
Thanks!!!

The siphon tube is the curly pipe under the pressuretrol. It is also referred to as a pig tail because of it's shape. If you want post some pictures and we could tell you exactly what it is on your boiler. Was the boiler not working?0

The pigtail is between the boiler and the pressuretrol (pressure switch). these sometimes get plugged and should be removed and cleaned every year or two. You usually have to unwire it and then twist the pressuretrol off and then remove the pigtail and make sure it is clear.
In this picture there is also a low pressure gauge besides the pressure device.
