Rinnai tankless water heater malfunction

My tankless water heater suddenly stopped working. No codes flashing. Read the manual and saw the codes are stored so I tried pulling them up and no codes are stored. I've cleaned the filter and that hasn't helped. The unit doesn't even seem to register that the hot water has been turned on. The unit is only 2 years old and was a builder install. How do I fix this?

Does it have power? Is it just doing your domestic water.

Snowmelt- Yes it does have power. It's our residential water heater, just domestic water.

Flow sensor or thermistors. How's gas pressure?

I am not sure. How or where can I check gas pressure?

At this point call the company up, they have a 800 number, they will direct you to a local technition, the last Rinnai I worked on I replaced the PC board gas valve and fan, after all that I ended up replacing the unit.

Okay. I will give them a try. I think there's still warranty coverage. Thank you!
