Navien hot water but no heat

in Gas Heating
We have a Navien heat/hw system. Have hot water but no heat. Called Navien but they could not help. Told us to call plumber. Left message for plumber but it is a cold Friday night. No error codes. Any ideas??

    What's the pressure on the machine?
    How old,
    Can you take a picture of boiler piping?

    Most of the time it's primery secoundary piping isn't done correctly.

    Thank you for the responses. After troubleshooting and coming away completely perplexed we noticed that the thermostat had a flashing battery on it.....yes needed new batteries. Have to remember to check the simplest things first. We have heat!! Thanks again.
