That piping is wrong. Both tappings from the side should come up into a common header. Then the header should have the system takeoffs and then the equalizer piping after that. If you have the manual for the boiler open it up (since the installer didn't) and there is a picture in there of what it is supposed to look like. What brand boiler is it? You need to get the installer back to re-pipe the whole thing. I can't see anything correct on that boiler and it will NEVER work correctly the way it is.0

Piped soo wrong. Get your owner's manual out and look at the minimum reccommend installation piping.0

Whoever installed it needs to read the manual, and redo the piping on their dime.0

That gas piping could use some work as well. Make sure they install a skim port/valve during the re-pipe.0
