Problem with Rinnai model 2520 loosing hot water

in THE MAIN WALL
We have a Rinnai he model 2520 and it's about 9yrs old and we keep having problems with the hot water will turn cold . You can be taking a shower and all the sudden you have no hot water what could be some of the problems that could be going wrong with it . We have cleandedbthe senders off but icould it have something to do with the water flow we don't have very good water pressure and could that cause it any suggestions would be appreciated

    Dirty burner, did u check pressure coming in home? Do you see any water at bottom of burner tray?

    Plus it doesn't do it all the time we have 7 inc going into the house and we have cleaned the igniters off
