Why is my "Post-Purge" cycle intermittent?

I have a Buderus G215 Boiler with a Carlin Burner. 30 second "pre purge" is fine, heating cycle runs very smooth, but my "post purge" cycle goes on and off repeatedly until it times out. My Boiler naturally vents into the chimney. Has been serviced every year since new in 2006.

just my 2 cents. when you say times out, you don't mean locks out. if it doesn't and no any harm well... If it does the burner control is suspect.0

Could be going off on limit with the black and red wires tied together. The red wire "should" have separate power going to it for it's post purge.0

What does post purge goes on and off mean here? May be control, but could be a clean cut pump issue?0
