the 2 low voltage wires from my johnson A350R got pulled off

I'm not sure where the 2 wires connect. i have 24 volts at the control. I think one wire went to gray wire coming out of the honeywell aquastat. other wire might go to the burner? don't want to fry anything. all help would be great
