Weil Mclain HE 2 boiler not starting

This is for Tim McElwain or anyone actually. I have a HE 2 boiler. I replaced the module, matter of fact this is number 2. I get a green flashing light and then 2 solid red, but the exhaust fan never starts. I wired the fan motor directly to 120 and it ran fine. I also did that and got the 3rd red light to come on. any ideas on why the fan wont start ? ? Or did I get another bad 1013-200 module ? ?

Here is a link to the manual. Looks pretty straight forward. One control relay through the limit contacts.

I found that relay online and will replace it. Thanks for the input ! Its been quite a process of elimination. Learning a ton about my furnace. I will post my results and other things I tried in the process of elimination !

I have this same problem. LEDs indicate "limit circuit closed".
the blower motor never starts. Green LED blinks 10x then 2 red.

Does anyone know what relay that is?, Is it the high limit switch?
