Perhaps this is the solution to combining steam with cooling... no ductwork!

I think that we will have more visits from people from other worlds with complaints. if this done. We are just throwing our unwanted energy out into space, and maybe overheating them!

So, as I see it, once you've spent MILLIIONS on this scheme, if it 100 degrees outside, it will cool the building to 95 degrees inside? Convert it to Celsius. Lets call it 90 degrees inside.
