Oasis water fountain

I would like to add a water fountain in the lobby for customers. There is 110 power supply near by. And an adjacent bathroom 10 feet away. My question is besides connecting to the cold water line to have a water supply. I'm not sure does it need to be tied to a drain? And a vent? I can tie into the toilet stack in the adjacent bathroom. Can someone provide a drain layout. Like how high should this ADA Oasis water fountain be secured on the wall?
