How do you troubleshoot Danfoss Non-Electric Zone Valves

I am going to help one of my larger customer learn how to trouble shoot their Danfoss Zone Valves. I realize that these valves are incredibly simple, but they own different "older" versions of these valves. It seems like besides new operators, there are some repairs that can be made to the various valve bodies? Does anyone have any printed materials on trouble-shooting Danfoss valves?
