steam system not hearing radiators

Have steam boiler that was converted from oil to natural gas, it hasn't been ran in 4 years. Steam worked fine before stopped using it. Did conversion and it seems as if steam isn't making it to radiators, if I pull vent out it will push out after about 45 minutes, at almost no pressure. Changed all vents on radiators and 2 main vents in basement. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

    Is the firing rate correct?

Did they clean the boiler thoroughly before installing the new conversion burner?

What were the combustion test results on the gas burner? What make and model are the burner and the boiler?

Clock the gas meter to check how much gas it is using, this tells you how to do that.
