Removing an oil tank from a basement vault in NYC

I'm looking for advice and recommendations on oil tank removal services in New York City, upper Manhattan. I live in a brownstone and there's a rusted out oil tank in the vault under the sidewalk. It's more than 40 years old, probably older. Recently an oil company put a couple of gallons of oil into it by accident (don't know which company), through a pipe that's still open to the street. Anyway, I guess it's time to take the whole thing out and I'm looking for recommendations of companies in the NYC area who will do this, and also if there's a price range anyone is willing to guess at. There is access through the basement to the oil tank. I've heard this is the place to come. Thanks in advance. - Mark
