I have an Olsen oil furnace with a beckett pump, I just installed an r7284u control. I have a new Honeywell wifi thermostat that requires a 24v input to run. I am trying to figure out where to get the 24v from. I would really like to get this setup so I can remotely view the temp at the house.

That primary control or the furnace is not going to give you 24-volts... you will have to add a 24 volt transformer....0

White-Rodgers Sensi doesn't need a common.0

try adding an isolation relay, worked for me on a similar setup.0

Honeywell R8845U will take care of it all in one box.0
