sunrad leaking

I have a sunrad radiator in a hot water heating system that is leaking from the side (end section). I haven't pulled it out yet to see if a plug rotted out or if the section actually rotted out. Can I replace the end section and how, and if so is it worth it, or should I look to replace the whole unit?
Thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I do have to remove the radiator to get to the leak, so I will have access. Does it pay to try to remove and replace the section or this going to be more trouble than it is worth? Thanks again.
