Do any of you business owners out there use a cloud computing company like SalesForce to manage the service and or sales side of your business? I've been considering SalesForce to help streamline the service part of our business, but I'm unsure of how well it will cater to our industry. I'm looking for something that has an app, can create customer profiles and store information on said customers, and can be accessed by employees at a moments notice. If anyone has feedback on any experience they have had, it would be greatly appreciated.
