CI baseboard assembly tool can be shared among different brands?

I have some #9 (snug, WeilMclain) CI baseboards but I cannot find a place to rent its assembly tool from local suppliers. They all gone, either missing or rent out.

I am wondering is the assembly tool for Baseray (Burnham) CI baseboards still good for #9 CI baseboards. Then I may have more chances to rent one.

I have 3 pairs need to be assemblied.
