Looking for steam rad valve orifice service tool.

in THE MAIN WALL
Need help locating tool or proper name. Need to adjust steam radiator valve orifice. Tired of having to use a panhead driver and hammer to loosen the cap for the port that contains orifice. Appears to be two dimples about 3/8 of an inch apart on the cover.
