Boiler Controller Power Cable (UTC-1013-200 / Weil 382-200-448)

I am in need of a power cable for a Weil GV series boiler controller.  The Weil part number for the cable is 591-391-821.  The P/N  for the controller to which the cable connects is 382-200-448  or UTC 1013-200.  If you have one or know of a source, I'd appreciate it.  Thanks.
