air seal paper between cast iron baseboard and wall

I am adding cast iron baseboard in my finished first floor rooms. For the air seal paper, can i use the rosin paper, like this in Homedepot: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Unbranded-36-in-x-144-ft-Brown-Rosin-Paper-L3536144/203613783 ? I am worrying about the heat will do something on it.

Should I put some radiant barrier there? like this in Homedpot: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Enerflex-4-ft-x-12-ft-Radiant-Barrier-Insulation-Roll-115362/202088286 ?

If the radiant is needed, paper first or the silver barrier first?

thanks,

    Paper:

Way back during the Pleistocene Era when we (my old dead boss) did CI baseboard, we had craft paper with foil on one side. If the wall was insulated, we faced toe foil toward the wall. It was supposed to reflect it into the insulation or something. Probably more so that you didn't see the silver paper through the air spaces on the top. Which looked tacky.

We also folded it over the top of the baseboard and put a piece of 3/4" cove molding on top to stop "ghosting" marks on the wall.
