we have an Alpine 80, and the computer screen is red. Is this an emergency that we need to have someone come out to at night, or can it wait until morning? The red screen is flashing help. We I click help, it says faults status, then soft lock out. when you click soft lock out the screen says stack sensor fault. In the manual is says that possible causes are shortened or miswired stack sensor wiring or defective stack sensor. We can hear the burner running continuously. any help would be appreciated.

Dennis Foley to go over every bit of this system . After that contact an attorney and start litigation against the installing contractor and anyone else who stepped through your front door . Cannot believe you are still having issues with this brand new system even after freezing in your home this past winter and the certain case of carpal tunnel syndrome you must have suffered from the 500+ post thread about it .You didn't get what you didn't pay for and it will never be what you thought it would .
