Hey I just came from a utica class, they have a new copper boiler to compete with the navien Ncb, if I recall it's not out yet, it's a true 125,000 btu boiler, it 85 or 86 % effient, so it meats energy star. they claiming right now it can either be vented threw the chimney with flew pipe or cat 3 venting threw the wall because it's not a condensing boiler. Just something to chat about.

    Is this a modulating boiler?

    If so, what's the turndown?
