Downsizing used 4-sec Megastem to 3-section

What are the issues when downsizing a 4-section  steam

boiler to 3-section boiler by removing one section.  I’m looking for a used Megasteam or a Smith boiler -- and most

often the Megasteam boilers  are 4-section units

to supply 396 Sq Ft of Steam.  I

need  the smaller boiler to supply 250

sq ft of Steam.
