Converting 277/1/60v heat pump to run on 230/1/60v ... ??

I have an opportunity to get a second heat pump for my geothermal at a good price, but it is 277/1/60 (265v). My house is single phase 230v.
How difficult and would it be worth it to convert the unit to my household service?
Would a buck-boost transformer be a reasonable solution?
Thanks.

Should I repost this in a different section?

Assuming the unit is sized correctly
and all of that, and that the price is good enough you don't mind having to explain to the service tech every time he arrives, you could install an autoformer to power it from 240V. Unless there is sufficient space in the high voltage section of the cabinet, you will need to install an external enclosure for the autoformer (some come with one.)0 -
Any Disadvantages?
other than having to add auto transformer.0 -
Possible code issue
if the job is going to be inspected, assuming it is a residence. Otherwise no real issues that I can see.0 -
Thank you for your time
I will have to decide0
