sorry to post again, i posed this help in the wrong the wall before

I have two LAARS Edunrance which were installed 6 years ago. Recently I turn down the temperature, the pipe is still warm. I mean I set the the temperature that is much lower than the room temperature, the heat is still on not sure what's going on. i feel i am wasting my money on the heat,

My second Edurance has the opposite problem , it has hot water but no matter how high the temperature i set , there is no heat or a little warm.

so i hope somebody can help, i am really sick of LAARS.

    to your second post

My second Edurance has the opposite problem , it has hot water but no matter how high the temperature i set , there is no heat or a little warm.

Is this the model with the blue side panels? If so, it sounds like the anti condensing valve is stuck on domestic hot water priority.

    I will post again

I posted this in your other thread

Start by checking the internal zone valve if it isnt shutting all the way it will allow heat to pass by all the time depending on how your boiler is piped. It will also not open on your second boiler to allow heat out, but there are many possibilities for lack of heat.
