Commerical Baseboard

I am looking to replace the enclosures only on commercial baseboard. I cant find one to fit. Any suggested brands or site would be great. Slant fin n/g. The fins measure 5 1/4 x 2 1/2. The pipe is 3 1/2 off the wall. Existing cover is 12" high and 6" wide. Any help wold be appreciated.
