    FWIW:

    I've found in responding, you have to respond to the questioners E-Mail account and not reply to where the E-Mail came from, heatinghelp.com. If you do, it seems to go to some large trashcan in the back insides of the server.

    Click on the E-Mail address in the message.

    At least that's how it worked in the old system. Its probably the same here now.
